With a few weeks until the 2024 NFL Draft, the Washington Commanders have added a former San Francisco 49ers running back to their backfield. The Commanders are hoping to acquire skilled players to a revitalized offensive for the 2024 season.
This offseason, the Commanders made one of their most significant free agent signings by adding former Los Angeles Chargers star Austin Ekeler. Ekeler is an excellent dual threat out of the backfield for whatever they choose as quarterback this fall. However, the team still lacked depth at running back before OTAs.
