Pelle Larsson has experience holding up awards in Las Vegas. On Monday, he’ll get another opportunity.
The Miami Heat and Memphis Grizzlies will square off for the NBA Summer League title tomorrow night, with Larsson and former Arizona colleague Keshad Johnson competing.

In the Heat’s 102-99 victory over the Golden State Warriors on Sunday in the Summer League playoffs, Larsson scored 21 points. In thirty minutes, Larsson shot 6-13 from the field and converted 7 of 7 free throws. In addition, he had four steals, four rebounds, and six assists.
In five Summer League games for the Heat, Larsson—the 44th overall pick in the 2024 NBA Draft—is averaging 11.8 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 3.6 assists.
Johnson, an undrafted free agent who joined the Heat, has a sprained ankle and has missed the team’s last two games. It’s uncertain if he’ll participate on Monday. In three Summer League games, Johnson is averaging 10 points and 4.7 rebounds.
On ESPN, the Heat and Grizzlies will play at 5 p.m. PT. Miami is 5-0 going into the Summer League game.
