Their camaraderie has further won them over fans, and their degree of achievement and their matches with Novak Djokovic have made them some of the best players in the game.

Given that Rafael Nadal appears to be reaching the conclusion of his playing career and that Roger Federer has retired, the Swiss Maestro is amenable to the prospect of forming a new off-court relationship with the Spaniard.

Regarding his recent conversation with Rafael Nadal, what did Roger Federer say?

Federer and Rafael Nadal have engaged in some of the best matches in tennis history during some of Federer’s most memorable moments on the field.

Their different playing styles provided for amazing battles, and their competitive spirit propelled them to great success in the game.

But with tennis no longer the major focus for both players, Federer said he is open to getting into business with Nadal, and the eight-time Wimbledon winner was astonished by the number of investments he had, one of which is the Rafael Nadal Academy.

Federer admitted to making numerous investments on Bloomberg TV. When I visited his academy in Majorca, which is amazing and I highly recommend you check it out if you haven’t already, I was taken aback by how much he was accomplishing. I think what he is doing is fantastic.

It’s encouraging to see that he is interested in investing in addition to forehands and backhands. He was telling me about other investments he was making on the side. Who knows, perhaps we can collaborate on something in the future.

Is Rafael Nadal planning to play another season, in Roger Federer’s opinion?

At the 2022 Laver Cup, Nadal participated in Federer’s final doubles match, which ended in a loss to Jack Sock and Frances Tiafoe.

Due to hip and abdominal ailments, the 38-year-old has only sometimes played since the 2023 season began. Despite this, he is still active.

Prior to withdrawing, Rafael Nadal was scheduled to compete in the Laver Cup. The former world number one last participated in the Olympics in Paris.

Federer thinks Nadal can play for at least another season, although his future in the game is still uncertain.

He has given the sport all. Federer stated via DPR, “It would be amazing if he could play for one more season, but only Rafa himself can answer that.”
